We are excited for you to participate in the Fall 2024 case competition with Deloitte + I101. Extending your semester project, your team will work to make the case to Deloitte for why the organization should invest resources in the future of your chosen technology, rooted in the contribution of your underrepresented innovator.

The case competition will occur over two weeks, spanning Weeks 14 and 15 of the semester. The competition will start virtually, with a kickoff and mentor meetings, and then finish in Luddy Hall (IF) and the Luddy AI (LU) buildings.

| Monday, 12/02/2024 | Kickoff (06:00 PM EST on Teams) All participants attend a virtual kickoff meeting where they will be introduced to the case, an overview of the schedule, and will be assigned their Deloitte mentor. Participants will receive a calendar invitation with the Teams information. |
| Ongoing | Team Meeting with Deloitte Mentors Teams schedule time to meet virtually with their assigned Deloitte Mentor. The mentor can give feedback and guidance on the work of the team from the perspective of Deloitte. Teams should aim to meet with their mentor two times. |
| Wednesday, 12/11/2024 | First Round of Case Competition (All Day in LU 2005) Teams will make their first presentation to a panel of judges. Four teams will be selected to move onto the final round. |
| Friday, 12/13/2024 | Welcome & Networking (10:30 - 11:15 AM in LU 1001) All participants attend opening remarks and have the opportunity to network with peers and Deloitte (10:30 - 11:15 AM). |
| Friday, 12/13/2024 | Lunch (11:15 - 12:15 PM in LU 1001) All participants are invited to a catered lunch to continue the networking and relationship-building (11:15 AM - 12:15 PM). We will be catering Chipotle (build your own bowl), which broadly accomodates dietary restrictions and preferences of all participants. Please bring your own water bottle/drink! |
| Friday, 12/13/2024 | Final Case Round (12:30 to 01:30 PM in IF 1106) Approximately 4 teams will make final case presentations to Deloitte and IU judges. All participants in the competition are invited and encouraged to participate as audience members for the final round of case presentations. |
| Friday, 12/13/2024 | Conclusion and Awards (2:00 to 02:30 PM in IF 1106) The winners of the case competition will be announced and closing remarks will be provided. |
